[Conferences] Make me speak Spanish

There's nothing more Spanish than un-structured activity. And holidays,
which is what most people will be doing in those dates. However, what are
you exactly looking for? Stuff like needlepoint courses, walks in the
woods, suggestions for sightseeing to off-the-beaten track places?
